Forever Cumberland’s month-long promotion for the Hooley Plunge culminated with an all-station broadcast from the Hooley Plunge event at Rocky Gap State Park March 3rd. Event proceeds benefit Special Olympics in Allegany County and other related charities. Over the years, this event has raised over One Million, Four Hundred Thousand Dollars. Participants “plunge” into the frigid waters of Lake Habeeb at Rocky Gap.
