Powerlifter Aleen Johnson of Pittsburgh recently got a tattoo of a pepperoni pizza on her right butt cheek along with her social media handle Pizza Girl. Aleen eats pizza every other night and can squat 242 pounds, bench press 143 pounds and deadlift 308 pounds.
