Spaghetti Dinner- Frostburg Legion

April 4th, 4-7PM

The Frostburg American Legion will be having an All You Can Eat spaghetti dinner on Thursday, April 4th from 4:00 till 7:00pm. The menu will be spaghetti, tossed salad and bread. Garrett County Health Fair and Fun Festival Set for April 6th

Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The Garrett County Steps to Better Health Committee has announced that the Garrett County Health Fair and Family Fun Festival will be held on Saturday, April 6th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the CARC (Community Aquatic and Recreation Complex) at Garrett College in McHenry. The festival is a free community event, designed to increase health awareness and to promote health-oriented resources for all ages, which are available throughout the local community.

Goodwill Fire Company Blood Drive

Bountiful Blessings Event

Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 4 to 6 p.m.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Washington and Smallwood Streets in Cumberland, will hold a Bountiful Blessings event on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 4 to 6 p.m. Recipients should arrive no later than 5:30 p.m. to be able to select items. A photo ID is required for participants who have yet to register for 2024. The program provides cleaning supplies, paper goods and personal hygiene items.

Salisbury Church of the Brethren

See, hear and experience a blank, gray canvas transform into a beautiful illustration of scripture. Chalk artist and Evangelist Dwight Haines will conduct a Revival at the Salisbury Church of the Brethren Faith Factory at 146 Union Street in Salisbury. The Revival will happen April 7, 8, 9 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. each night.

George’s Creek Elementary Trivia Night

George’s Creek Elementary will hold a Taylor Swift Trivia Night at the Lonaconing Firemen’s Armory on Advocate Court in Coney. Must be 18 to attend. The cost is $5 per player. There will be a 50/50 raffle and a door prize drawing. Food and drinks will also be for sale. All proceeds support the students of George’s Creek Elementary School.
