Garrett County’s number of COVID-19 cases remains at three, after its health department erroneously reported two more cases yesterday. Apparently, two others-not from the area-tested positive for the virus-but, official numbers are based on the patient’s place of residency, and there are no new confirmed cases of persons who reside in Garrett County.
