THREE REPUBLICAN LAWMAKERS SUE GOVERNOR HOGAN

Three Republican lawmakers have filed suit in federal court, over Governor Larry Hogan’s stay-at-home order and the order banning gatherings of ten or more people. One of the lawmakers, Delegate Dan Cox says that he was warned he may be arrested, if he spoke at a Re-Open Maryland rally in Frederick, and that two of Governor Hogan’s senior advisors noted that if he spoke at the rally, he may be arrested. The group in Frederick began a road caravan across the state, following Saturday’s rally.
