Mineral County Schools Superintendent Troy Ravenscroft expects to have a recommendation for the new principal at Frankfort High School at the May 19th board meeting. Candidates are still being interviewed for the position. Current principal Joe Riley announced his retirement from that principal as of October 9th. It was also announced that Shawn White will be the new athletic director at Keyser High School, replacing Lori Wilson, who resigned.
