The Allegany County Health Department reports the county now has an additional death and a total of 148 cases of COVID-19. The most recent fatality was a female resident of the Cumberland Healthcare Center. The new cases include a resident at Moran Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and a male community member in his 40’s, who has not required hospitalization. As of yesterday, 1239 Allegany County residents have been tested; of those, 1,135 have tested negative, 148 were positive, and there are still 10 tests pending.
