The number of COVID-19 cases in Allegany County stands at 164. The two most recent cases are both community members. One is a man in his 20’s who has not been hospitalized, and the other is a man in his 70’s, who is currently hospitalized. As of yesterday, 1,875 county residents have been tested. Of that number 1,650 tested negative, 164 positive, and 61 tests are still pending. In Mineral County, three additional COVID-19 cases have been confirmed; Mineral County now has a total of 29 cases of the virus.
