Cumberland resident Malakhi Deondre Henderson was charged with the breaking and entering of a residence on East Industrial Boulevard Monday. Initially, he entered the residence through a window, but had left by the time officers arrived. He returned with another man, but police were unable to make contact with him. After the third time, he was arrested and charged with burglary, disorderly conduct, and obstructing and hindering. He was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
