Two Cumberland residents were arrested in two separate traffic stops along Winchester road on Tuesday and now face drug charges. Tammy Lynn Keller and Alonzo Gene Butler were both charged with possession of CDS and paraphernalia. Both received a District Court hearing and were released on personal recognizance. Additional charges are pending in reference to the traffic stops.
