Concerned about a spike of positive coronavirus results in the Eastern Panhandle, West Virginia Governor Jim Justice will be sending in the National Guard to investigate. The state’s daily coronavirus positive percentage had moved to 3.1 per cent yesterday, compared to 2.4 per cent on Wednesday. He emphasized the need to wear face coverings, but stopped short of making them mandatory. But he also announced more openings, saying movie theaters, bowling allies, roller rinks and other indoor recreation can resume at the end of the month.
