Voters can now drop off completed ballots in both Allegany and Garrett Counties. In Allegany County, the drop off location is at the Allegany County Office Complex on Kelly Road. In Garrett County, the location is the Oakland Community Center on 8th Street in Oakland. The June 2nd primary will be conducted primarily by mail, with limited options to vote, in person, on election day, in addition to the option of dropping off completed ballots.
