Maryland residents who are eligible to vote in the state’s June 2nd primary have until tomorrow to pre-register for the vote-by-mail election. Residents can use Maryland’s Online Voter Registration System or submit a voter registration application to the local board of elections or the State Board of Elections. Those using the online system must submit their application by tomorrow at 11:59 p.m.
