Cumberland resident Anthony Edward Horn was arrested early yesterday, for trespassing at a business in the 400-block of Virginia Avenue. Officers initially responded for the complaint, and returned some time later, when Horn was arrested. He was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.
