The Allegany County Health Department is reporting six new cases of COVID-19, putting the county total at 176, since the first case was identified on April 1st. One of the new cases involves an employee of Cumberland Healthcare Center. The remaining cases are community members: a man and woman in their 20’s, a woman in her 40’s, and a male and female in their 70’s. Only the elderly man has required hospitalization.
