Jason and Holly Rose Kirchner, a father and daughter, were killed in an ATV accident in Preston County last Saturday night. Their four-wheeler ran over an embankment on Bull Run Road. The Preston County Sheriff’s Department is investigating, and a GoFundMe page has been set up for the family, with a goal of raising $10,000 to support the Kirchner family.
