MARYLAND READY FOR SECOND PHASE OF REOPENING

Maryland is ready to move into the second phase of reopening. Effective at 5 p.m. tomorrow, Governor Larry Hogan is lifting the order that closed non-essential businesses. There is a long list of businesses that can reopen, but they include banks, insurance agencies, manufacturing, and construction. Governor Hogan says that face coverings are still being encouraged. He is also encouraging adjusting employee hours, split schedules, and staggering work shifts. He adds that just because Marylanders can return to the office, that doesn’t mean they should.
