Allegany County government has reopened its mini-grant program for small businesses impacted by COVID-19. Among the requirements, businesses must have a physical address in Allegany County; must be in good standing with the State of Maryland; demonstrate a loss of business revenue of 50 per cent or more related to COVID-19; and, have no pre-existing tax liens or legal judgements.
