There has been a second-death from COVID-19 in Mineral County. The person was identified as a 50-year-old man, and no further information was released. Mineral County has 49 confirmed cases of the virus, seven of which are active. Across West Virginia, 2,212 cases have been confirmed. The Mountain State is in the 7th week of Governor Jim Justice’s reopening plan.
