A “Back the Blue” rally, in support of the men and women of law enforcement, will take place in Cumberland Sunday. Hours for the rally are 3 to 5 p.m. in front of City Hall. Participants are asked to wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines. Several speakers will be part of the event, and they include Delegates Mike McKay and Jason Buckel, Cumberland Police Chief Chuck Ternent, and members of the Fraternal Order of Police and Allegany County Sheriff’s Department.
