Two Cumberland residents were arrested, after allegedly breaking into a North Centre Street residence. Kenneth Lloyd Bowser and Brittany Lynn Lantz were arrested on the scene, and police also found suspected CDS paraphernalia. They were charged. Bowser was held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center, while Ms. Lantz was released on personal recognizance.
