Forty-one-year-old Cumberland resident Paul William Thomas Geatz was arrested over the weekend for violating pretrial release conditions on a previous charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He received a District Court hearing, and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was held without bond.
