Twenty-two-year-old Nickoli Dundar Cakus was charged with CDS possession, in connection to an incident, dating back to September 7th. Cakus was found to be in possession of suboxone, for which he couldn’t provide a prescription. Cakus signed and received copies of the charging documents.
