Hagerstown resident Emajae Aaron McInnis was arrested near West Oldtown Road, following a verbal altercation between him and another person. One of the two had a knife, and displayed it during the exchange. Once police arrived, one of the two men became argumentative and refused to identify himself. The man later gave a fictitious name. McInnis was arrested and charged with hindering and making a false statement to an officer. He was later released on personal recognizance.
