A cell tower project on Knox Street has drawn opposition from two people who live adjacent to it. Land was obtained behind Joe’s Viaduct Restaurant to construct the tower, but Natalie and Jerry Gerstein are opposed, because of what they call insufficient setbacks; a previous permit application was rejected on that basis. A hearing will be conducted by the Board of Zoning Appeals on October 21st at 4 p.m.
