The Country Club Mall will go up for auction in mid-November, with the auction being handled by Ten-X Commercial Real Estate, which has offices in California, New York, and Florida. The opening bid on the sale, which will be held online from November 16th through the 18th, is $1.3 million. Over the years, the Country Club Mall lost several “anchor stores,” including Sears and the Bon Ton. Several months ago, J.C. Penney had announced the closing of its mall location, as well.
