The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Allegany County Health Department is offering two separate dates and locations to drop off any unwanted prescription medications as part o the National Prescription Take Back Month Campaign. The first event is this Friday at the LaVale Volunteer Fire and Rescue station, beside Fratelli’s from 4 to 7:30 p.m. The second is set for Tuesday, October 27th at the Bowling Green Volunteer Fire Department along McMullen Highway, also from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
