Keyser resident Karleigh Saige Smith was charged with drunken driving, after a passenger fell from the vehicle she was operating Sunday on Hutton Road in Garrett County. The victim was taken to the Garrett Regional Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries. Ms. Smith was charged with driving under the influence and related charges; she was also charged with underage possession of alcohol. Three additional passengers in her car were also cited for underage possession of alcohol.
