Terra Alta resident Daleena Lee Hinebaugh has been charged with drug distribution during the investigation of a trespassing complaint in Garrett County. She is awaiting trial, after posting bond for her pre-trial release. In addition to drug paraphernalia, deputies also located and seized amounts of methamphetamine and alprazolam.
