Amelia Chasse Alcivar is rejoining the Hogan Administration as the Governor’s chief of staff. Effective October 26th, she will assume that role; she had previously served as Hogan’s communications director and deputy communications director. She succeeds Roy McGrath, who resigned amid questions about a generous severance payout from the independent state agency he left when he joined the Governor’s Office.
