Thirty-six-year-old Laura Lynn Martin is awaiting extradition from Garrett County to face charges in connection to the murder of Tunnelton, West Virginia resident Phillip “Buckie” Barlow. Ms. Martin’s boyfriend, Robert Quinn was arrested last week. It is alleged the two killed Barlow during a robbery attempt. His car was found on Shower Bath Road, while his body was found a month later near the Fortney’s Mill area of Preston County. Quinn is currently jailed in West Virginia.
