Cumberland resident Kendall Marie Robinson was served a criminal summons, in connection to a traffic stop which led to the discovery of a quantity of cocaine. The arrest was made around Industrial Boulevard, when she was initially stopped for a traffic violation. She signed and received copies of the charging documents, and was released pending trial in District Court.
