Charges are being filed in Cambria County against Somerset County District Attorney Jeff Thomas, following an incident this past weekend. Thomas acknowledges that he got into a verbal altercation with the owner of a business in Richland Township, over his disappointment over a facility for his daughter’s birthday party. Thomas also claims that the Cambria County District Attorney did not listen to his side of the story, before filing charges. Cambria County D.A. Greg Neugebauer says the case has been, and will continue to be, treated in the same manner as all such allegations.
