Twenty-year-old Oakland resident Kayla Jordan Harris has been charged in a string of vandalism incident there. She is accused of vandalizing Southern High School, a vehicle at Patriot Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep, and burglary and related offenses at the Subway Shop in Oakland. She was granted a pre-trial release, after posting $5,000 bond.
