Cumberland resident Marion Rose Marie Bowie was served with three bench warrants for failure to appear in August, September, and November of last year. Numerous charges include identity fraud to avoid prosecution, obstructing and hindering, CDS possession, and theft. She received a District Court hearing and was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond, pending trial.
