Twenty-four-year-old Patrick Fitzgerald Martin has been charged in connection with an incident in the 400-block of Maryland Avenue earlier in October. Police say Martin refused to exit the restroom to the business; officers entered the restroom and found him with controlled dangerous substances and paraphernalia. He was charged and later released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
