Sixty-eight-year-old John Gilbert Caldwell faces drug possession charges, following a Tuesday incident on Frederick Street. Police were initially called for a report of a disturbance there; inside the residence, officers noticed several items of CDS paraphernalia, and a quantity of suspected crack cocaine. Caldwell was arrested, received a District Court hearing, and released on personal recognizance.
