There are some temporary changes to the traffic patterns in front of John Humbird and South Penn Elementary Schools. Mary Street, in front of John Humbird and Second Street in front of South Penn, have always been limited to one-way traffic twice a day to help with traffic flow during arrival and dismissal times. A change has been made to the signs posted at every intersection indicating one-way traffic on school days to reflect the new dismissal time of 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The morning time will remain the same, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Motorists are asked to please abide by the time change.
