Cumberland’s City Hall is closing to the general public, effective tomorrow, because of a resurgence of COVID-19 cases in the county. City Hall will be staffed to sufficiently to support the needs of the city, but any business or transaction that requires a visit to City Hall must be done by appointment only. Cumberland is encouraging the utilization of online payment methods for utility bills and other financial obligations, such as parking violations and citations.
