The Allegany County Commissioners released a letter yesterday, revamping several COVID-19 restrictions due to the escalating positive rate locally. Effective yesterday at 5 p.m., indoor dining at restaurants will be limited to 50 per cent capacity, as well as a 50 per cent capacity for outdoor amusements, indoor fitness centers, gyms, casinos, arcades and malls. Additionally, admittance to the County Office Complex will be by appointment only. A reassessment of the situation will be done on Monday, November 30th.
