An incident Monday evening in the 400-block of Warwick Avenue in Cumberland resulted in the arrest of 38-year-old Daniel Lynn Miller of Lonaconing. Police were called after Miller had been causing a disturbance, and despite repeated commands to leave, Miller allegedly ignored them and continued to cause a disturbance. He was then arrested, issued a criminal citation, and released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
