The groundbreaking event to kick off construction of the Cumberland Gateway Plaza will take place by the end of this month. Cumberland Gateway, sometimes referred to as the Rolling Mill project, will include a hotel, sit-down restaurant, a fast-service restaurant, convenience store and shops. Local restauranteur Sean D’Atri has agreed to open a sub shop at the location. Groundbreaking will take place shortly after Thanksgiving.
