Petersburg resident Joshua Caleb Haggerty has been indicted by a federal grand jury on six counts of meth distribution, one count of unlawful possession of a firearm, and possession of an unregistered firearm. He is accused of selling the drugs in the first quarter of this year in Grant County. Haggerty, because of prior convictions, is prohibited from having a firearm.
