Fifty-five-year-old Jay Dean Hall has been indicted by a federal grand jury for maintain a drug-involved premises, one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, a count of unlawful possession of a firearm, and another charge of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime. He is accused of using his Spencer Drive home as a drug distribution location, and distributing meth in in August of last year in Grant County.
