A Cumberland man was arrested in connection to a destruction of property incident that took place in August at the George Street parking garage. Garrett Lee Kniseley allegedly lifted the gate by hand, looking it in the upright position. Manually lifting the gate damaged internal parts which needed repair. Officers identified and issued a criminal summons this past Friday. He signed the copies and is pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
