The number of new cases at the Piney Valley nursing home in Keyser has grown to 37, as an additional 18 residents have tested positive. There are 27 residents and 10 employees now affected. There are also outbreaks at four other Mineral County locations, including an employee and resident at Burlington United Methodist Family Services, Sycamore Run in Fort Ashby, an employee at Sammie’s in Piemont, and two employees at Hoover’s Bar and Grill in Keyser. As of Saturday, Mineral County is reporting 557 cases, including 269 that were active.
