Cumberland resident Jacob Patrick Snyder faces drug charges, following his arrest for allegedly creating a disturbance in the single digit block of Ridgeway Terrace Sunday morning. When police arrived, they found Snyder to be in an excited state. Police found a hypodermic syringe near him, and after searching him, found suspected heroin and fentanyl . He received a District Court hearing, and was later remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was held without bond.
