The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections reports that one in three inmates has tested positive at the Somerset County prison. Last week’s count was at 40 last week, but it has risen to 285 inmates over the past several days. Another 23 employees at the prison are also positive. Both Cambria and Somerset counties have seen sharp increases over the past several weeks.
