Sixty-year-old Debra Lee Linaburg of Cumberland was arrested yesterday morning, after she allegedly stabbed another woman with a screwdriver. Police were called to the 200-block of Baltimore Avenue; the victim said she was attacked when Ms. Linaburg accused her of stealing her property. The victim received a puncture wound and laceration but refused medical treatment. Ms. Linaburg was charged with first and second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
