The West Virginia Department of Highways is announcing that Sand Hill Road in Hampshire County will be closed to through traffic, beginning as early as today. The work zone will be located between Northwestern Pike and Jersey Mountain Road in Romney. The closure will be between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work is expected to be completed on December 11th, with an exact date, weather-dependent.
